Health and safety are our absolute priority as we begin working together again. We spent our closure time wisely, preparing everything needed to continue providing you safe and healthy treatments. Following guidance and recommendations from the CDC, the APTA, and the Henderson County Department of Public Health, we are confident in our protocols for protecting our patients, employees, and families of both.
Please postpone your visit if you have experienced any symptoms in the past 14 days such as sore throat, coughing, sneezing, chills, body aches, shortness of breath, lost sense of smell or taste, fever.
If you have been ill, or if you feel you have been at risk of exposure to COVID-19, you will not be charged any fee for cancellations. We want you to be safe and healthy, and encourage you to contact your physician or the county health department with any concerns.
Please call 828-698-3489 from your car when you arrive for your visit.
We will meet you at your car to check your forehead temperature and pulse oximeter readings. Please discuss with us any health concerns you feel we need to know about or we might be able to help you with.
We’ll ask you to wear your mask, come in and wash your hands, and join your therapist in a treatment room.
Please be aware of coughing, sneezing, and touching your face. Masks are most protective, but courtesy and paying attention help as well.
You and your therapist will wear masks, and the room will be ventilated throughout your treatment.
We will disinfect treatment rooms, bathrooms, and all surfaces between patients. Please bear with us if this takes some extra moments.
